This painting is part of a triptych altarpiece that was designed and painted for the Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Victory High School in Centennial, CO. This image of Our Lady is based off of the original statue of Our Lady of Victory in Paris, France. The original church of Our Lady of Victory in Paris was built in 1629 by King Louis XIII in thanksgiving to the Blessed Mother for favors granted to him.

This original painting of Our Lady of Victory is approximately 17in wide by 26in tall and was painted in oil.

Therese Chavez of Modern Barn Designs was the lead designer for the entire project. I assisted in the design and painted the three main images for the triptych.
